THERE CAN BE NO GOOD JUDGEMENT WITHOUT CONSULTATION

There are 2 types of people - the 1st one is headstrong & listens only to himself & the 2nd one is flexible & adapts to the views of others.

The headstrong person often misses important viewpoints which others can give him. Since he is not open minded he misses the chance to learn from the wisdom of others & improvise. Hence the only way he will learn is from his mistakes.

The other person is more humble in nature. He realises his knowledge is insufficient, & so gives a willing ear to all around. Even though the final decision is his, he makes sure he adequately consults all.
